as i step it jingles, shaking
my worried brain
if it continues to bother,
my mind might go insane
dark rings form around my
nude eroded eyes
so slow it intoxicates,
and cuts me down to size
drink back your worries...
now
bleed out your worries...
now
birds, they tweet like alarm
clocks, and echo through my head
bees, they are a-buzzing,
their stingers flashing red
and still, the change, it
jingles, like nails on a chalkboard
this reverberating laughter
cries to me in roars
